We collect Personal Information when you voluntarily provide it: when you complete our Franchise Fit Profile or another assessment, book a call, subscribe to updates, or submit an inquiry. We automatically collect Non-Identifying Personal Information to operate and improve the Website. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, together with our own first-party logging. Between them these record pages viewed, referrer and campaign tags, browser and operating system, approximate location derived from your IP address, and cookies that let us recognise a returning browser. We do not run ad networks or cross-site advertising pixels, and we do not sell your information.
If you join a Camp Mumbo cohort, we collect the information needed to run the program with you, including your goals, criteria, and progress through the program. Access is limited to our team and coaches.
We use the information we collect to deliver what you asked for (your Fit Profile results, scheduled calls, program sessions, and introductions you request), to match you with franchise opportunities that fit your stated criteria, to communicate with you, to improve the program, and to comply with legal obligations. Contact information and assessment results are stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system so our small team has your history in one place.
We may send you promotional materials about our services and, occasionally, those of trusted partners. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or by contacting us.
We do not sell or rent your Personal Information. We share it with service providers who perform functions on our behalf (hosting, CRM, email delivery, scheduling); with business affiliates of Wye River Holdings LLC, including Ranch Advisors, to provide related services; and with third parties at your direction or with your consent, for example when you ask us to introduce you to a franchisor or lender.
